Later Vegeta admits Dabura "is a little stronger then I thought" meaning he's probably inbetween Perfect Cell and Super Perfect cell. In the manga Dabura's fight with gohan seemed a little on the one sided end, as Gohan was panting and clearly more battle damaged. It's pretty hard to gauge Bojacks' strength but from the manga just before the big beam struggle with Cell, Gohan tells goku that "I'm not even half I was normally". Does this mean that Gohan<50% is around the same strength as SPC? If it does that could put Bojack anywhere between as strong as FPC and a bit higher then SPC. Dabura's has plenty of unusual and effective techniques going for him but overall Bojack is probably a little stronger. I think the only way Dabura has a real solid chance is depending on the spit situation if Bojacks knows it's effects beforehand or if Dabura is even allowed to use it. iIf he can't I think Bojack wins

You're going to talk about how Dabura handled Gohan at SSJ2, then say that Bojack (who has his stomach punched out) is stronger? The kamehameha Gohan launched against Cell was out of his hidden potential, for the record. Cell would not have been as sadistically confident if he thought he wasn't strong enough, and he also wouldn't have gravely injured Gohan.
